perspiration is a problem, more
frequent showering and use of a
strong
antiperspirant (as opposed to a deo,
which helps curb odor but not
sweating) may help. But if you find
you have excessive perspiration on
a daily basis, you should try to
determine the cause. Here are some
possible causes and some advice for
coping with excessive perspiration

set of stairs), see your doctor for
a
stress test.

probably discourages you from
getting enough exercise, which you
need for overall health.

only when faced with a situation
that makes you nervous, such as
going on a date or speaking in a
business meeting, emotional stress
and anxiety could be the culprits.
You may need to seek help in deal in
with your fears.
If you suddenly develop a problem
with excessive perspiration
including
excessive underarm perspiration or
foot perspiration for no apparent
reason, in other words the excessive
perspiration is not associated with
physical activity or an
anxiety-producing event, see your
doctor.
In addition to a heart problem,
excessive perspiration could signal
a
medical condition such as a thyroid
problem or infection among others.
Also let your doctor know if you
wake up during the night with
