I have had this Sony DSC-V1
camera for about 3 months and it has
been excellent.
It is my first digital camera and it
has been a great experience learning
the ropes with it.
It has full automatic as well as
manual modes and some interesting
effects too.
All this and it is cheaper than the
other cameras I was considering with
the same features.

I bought a Sony DSC-V1 Digital
Camera a few months ago. It was my
first time using a camera (digital
or not) with manual controls like
exposition, aperture etc, but my
second digital camera. The previous
was a Sony DSC-P72. I really like
this one a lot. the picture quality
is really good. There are some
controls like saturation that can be
really helpful to make a good
picture. But the most outstanding is
the noise level, specially with long
exposure picture. You really have to
look just for noise to find it or to
be a real bad photographer. The
negative point is the battery, plan
to buy a second one.
